Free Shipping
- Available on orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Curver Store purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Light Bulbs
- Custom Kitchen Worktops & Splashbacks (made-to-measure items)
- Opened Kitchen Appliances
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Carefully: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories included.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Swansea address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense).
- Receive Refund: We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

- Clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
