While we hope every purchase meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed with the same care and attention we give to our home furnishings.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain items are final sale (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Light Bulbs (once opened/used)
- Custom Kitchen Worktops & Splashbacks (made-to-measure items)
- Opened Kitchen Appliances
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request using our template below
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Carefully: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Swansea address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
- Receive Refund: We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the item

Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
